Gestione delle irregolarità contributive tramite la nuova funzionalità “pre-Durc” di Ve.R.A.

INPS has announced the release of new features on the Ve.R.A. platform, including the “pre-Durc” functionality for interactive management of any contributory irregularities. These new functionalities allow companies and intermediaries to proactively manage irregular situations that may affect the outcomes of contributory regularity checks. The activation of interventions aimed at normalizing contributory positions, especially those with greater complexity, is the responsibility of the Institute’s territorial offices.

The Ve.R.A. platform is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) projects, focusing on technological innovation, process transformation, and improving user experience. The goal is not only simplification but also prevention of critical issues to avoid negative Durc that could impact business continuity.

The interactive management of irregularities through the “pre-Durc” functionality involves sending a notification to the intermediary, with a specific delegation master, via PEC, email, or SMS, 30 or 15 days before the regular Durc expires. This notification is linked to the automated Ve.R.A. verification ticket generated by the system.

This change will redefine the relationship between the Institute and intermediaries, now focusing on consultancy to guide taxpayers through the regularization process, facilitating business operations and unlocking payments dependent on having a valid Durc.

Another feature of the platform is the Simula Durc, which highlights significant aspects to identify anomalies for the Single Document of Contributory Regularity.
