In the negotiations for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Auxiliary Security sector, AISS, FEDERTERZIARIO, and FEDERAZIONE NAZIONALE UGL SICUREZZA CIVILE met on June 24, 2024 to define the economic aspects for employees in the sector. A one-time gross allowance will be paid as a contractual holiday indemnity to workers employed at the time of the agreement signing. The amounts will vary based on seniority levels and will be paid proportionally to the months of service between June 1, 2020 and June 30, 2024. Certain periods, such as unpaid leaves and periods without salary in accordance with the law and contract, will not count towards seniority.
Starting from January 1, 2025, salaries will see increases, inclusive of future contractual raises, with Levels 6 and 7 to be eliminated. The agreed minimum salaries for different levels and categories of roles have also been specified, including those for personnel engaged in discontinuous or standby activities.
