CCNL Servizi Funerari: nuovi minimi retributivi per le imprese pubbliche a partire da novembre

Utilitalia and Funzione Pubblica-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, and Uiltrasporti have signed an agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the public funeral sector. This agreement includes new minimum wage amounts for workers starting from November 1, 2024. The new minimum amounts are listed in a table based on different job levels, with the total salary consisting of the base pay plus a separate element of the salary called EDR. These new minimum wages aim to improve the compensation and working conditions for employees in the sector.
