Federmanager and Confservizi announced the renewal of the contract for local business executives for 2025-2027 through a press release on November 27. The agreement concerns around 2,000 executives employed in over 550 companies. The goal is to enhance efficiency and productivity of services provided and to consolidate the commitment to continuous training.
From a salary perspective, the economic treatment for entry into management has been updated, with a reinforced mandatory variable part of the salary tied to company indices and goals. There is also a consolidation of additional pensions and the introduction of corporate welfare. Other focused themes include parenthood, disability and gender equality, with strong policies to combat violence and harassment in the workplace.
