INPS has established controls for cases where individuals start a new job while receiving the Inclusion Allowance (ADI) without informing the agency. Failure to report this change within 30 days of starting the new job may result in the suspension of the ADI benefit. The agency now uses a model called “ADI-Com Esteso” for individuals to report their new employment status. Failure to report may lead to the suspension of the benefit until the situation is clarified. If the individual does not report the new job within 3 months, the benefit may be permanently revoked. The agency is also conducting retroactive checks on past payments to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
