Trade union representatives Fp-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil, in a press release dated 15 November 2024, disclosed the outcome of the meeting held on 12 November with the employer association for the renewal of the CCNL Agidae social care institutions’ contract. The discussion centered on the contractual clauses related to the period of conduct, performance bonus and supplementary pension.
The topic of contractual increases, which should be in line with the rise in the cost of living and the contracts of sectors that were renewed last year, will be dealt with on December 2. Trade unions hope that the renewal can be concluded swiftly with the upcoming meeting.
