Starting from November 24, the submission of applications for NASpI and DIS-COLL will automatically result in registration with the SIISL digital platform, according to the Ministry Decree n. 174/2024 of November 21. This regulation was published in the Legal Advertising section of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies’ website and sets November 24, 2024, as the date from which these applications, once accepted and paid, will lead to automatic registration with the SIISL platform. The goal is to promote the professional re-qualification of benefit recipients and facilitate their more effective reintegration into the job market. This measure essentially implements articles 25 and 26 of the Cohesion Decree.
Moreover, starting from December 18, 2024, the ministry’s platform, managed by INPS, will be open to all Italian and foreign citizens who can voluntarily upload their resume and express their interest in working or training.
Ministerial Decree n. 174/2024 outlines the ways and conditions through which employers can post their personnel searches on SIISL, the same as the vacancies posted by employers on other national and international public platforms will be included in the system. It also stipulates the limitations and safeguards in the use of artificial intelligence to guide users towards training and work opportunities, fully respecting personal data according to GDP.
The decree has been sent to the Court of Auditors and the Central Budget Office for appropriate controls.
