CCNL Commerce (Anpit-Cisal): Contractual welfare provision by December 31st

The contractual welfare values are meant for all workers, regardless of their category and the type of employment contract they have. The National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) signed on September 22, 2023 between ANPIT – National Association for Industry and Tertiary, AIFES – Italian Association of Trainers and Experts in Safety at Work, CONFIMPRENDITORI – National Association of Entrepreneurs and Freelancers, UNICA – National Italian Union of the Micro & Small Businesses of Commerce, Services, and Crafts, and CISAL Tertiary – National Federation of Autonomous Trade Unions, with the assistance of CISAL – Italian Confederation of Autonomous Workers Unions, has stipulated the provision of contractual welfare for commerce employees. The provision by the employer is expected in 2024, by December 31 of the following contractual welfare values.

From 2023 onwards, the proposed welfare for the different employee categories breaks down as follows:

– Executives receive 1,200.00 per year (in monthly installments of 100.00 euros)
– Frames receive 600.00 per year (in monthly installments of 50.00 euros)
– A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1 and D2 and Sales Operators receive 250.00 per year (in monthly installments of 20.83 euros)

This welfare will be available to all workers who have passed the Trial Agreement at the time of the credit, regardless of their category and the type of subordinate employment contract they have signed. The contractual welfare amounts must be considered separate and non-absorbable than any company welfare benefits, substituting the Result Prize, and will be in addition to any similar benefits already available at the Company. Similarly, in case of change of CCNL, the contractual welfare must be additional to the economic treatment to guarantee to the worker.

These values must be used within 12 months from their making available to the worker, with the attention to avoid exceeding the legal usage limits provided for each calendar year. Unless a different second-level company agreement is in place, after the term, they will expire without any right to reimbursement or late alternative service.
