Last week, Poste Italiane and the trade union organizations wrapped up negotiations and finalized four significant agreements related to restructuring, relationship allowance, courier hours, and agile work.
The first agreement pertains to the reorganization and implementation of PCL, Mercato Privati, and DTO’s organizational evolution projects. The second agreement recognizes the need for a specific “relationship allowance” (pursuant to article 77 of the National Collective Labor Agreement – CCNL) for employees working as Front-End Operators, Financial Consultancy Specialists, and Mobile Consultancy Specialists in the Mercato Privati function, given the unique nature of their work.
In the case of the third agreement, amendments were made to the work performance of the new Courier Network. Nonetheless, the provisions of Poste Italiane’s National Collective Labour Agreement will continue to apply, with work to be structured over 39 hours every week, according to the terms established in the Agreement Memorandum dated July 16, 2024.
Finally, the fourth agreement extends the option for Poste Italiane and all of its group companies to conduct their work operations in an agile work format (smart working) until December 31, 2025.
