The Social Parties have defined how the Una Tantum system, as agreed on May 30, 2023, and February 16, 2024, will be distributed. It will be regulated by many groups, including Agci, Anivp, Assiv, Confcooperative Lavoro e Servizi, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs-Uil, as of December 2, 2024.
Those eligible for the Una Tantum collection are the workers categorized under either the operational technical function (G.p.G.) or the administrative role referred to in Article 31 of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), in force in the sector as of May 30, 2023.
The distribution will proceed as follows:
– The initial two installments of €135, which are for workers categorized at the 4th level (to be recalibrated for other levels and part-time workers), intended for payment in both September 2023 and September 2024, must be acknowledged in full by personnel categorized in both the operational technical function (G.p.G.) and the administrative role referenced by Article 31 of CCNL. In the event of contrasting applications from companies, the aforementioned installments will be credited to those who are eligible and haven’t received it yet in November 2024’s payroll.
– The third installment of €130, intended for workers at the 4th level (to be recalibrated for other levels and part-time workers), will be paid with the September 2025 monthly salary, provided that the employee is still employed at the installment distribution date. For workers impacted by tender process changes between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, this third installment of the Una Tantum will be granted pro rata for every month of actual service at the outgoing company at the end of the employment relationship. Any remaining amount will be settled by the coming company according to the above terms and conditions.
The Social Parties clarified that the Una Tantum amounts mentioned are not applicable for calculating any contractual or legal mechanism, including the end-of-relationship treatment.
