The Italian Federation of Transport Workers (Filt-Cgil) has announced the preliminary agreement for the renewal of the Autoferrotranvieri’s national labor contract for 2024-2026. This move follows the mobilization on November 8, 2024.
According to the economic aspect of the pre-agreement, there will be a total increase in salary of 200 euros as an average parameter. This increase will be allocated over two periods: March 2025 and August 2026. In addition, there will be a one-off payment of 500 euros as back pay, to be distributed in February 2025.
An additional integrated payment of 40 euros per month is also mentioned in case of the establishment of company agreements. In the absence of such agreements, a sum of 20 euros per month will be paid out which can be converted into two days of paid leave. This represents approximately a 13% average increase of the overall financial treatment.
Regulations relating to industrial relations and the labor market have been deferred for further debate. This pre-agreement will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, as agreed in the meeting of November 12. This initiative aligns with the commitments to benefit workers and improve working conditions in the transport sector.
