The value of the EVR for 2025 has been confirmed at 4% in a signed agreement on December 10, 2024, by Ance Savona, a section of the Industrialists Union for the province of Savona, as well as the builders’ associations Anaepa, Confartigianato, Cna, Feneal-Uil, Filca – Cisl, and Fillea – CGIL. The EVR value will be considered as a performance bonus for the year 2025.
For the year 2025, the monthly value of the EVR has been confirmed according to the following levels, corresponding to a 4% calculated on the lowest wages in force at 1st July 2014:
– Level 7: 65,20 euros
– Level 6: 58,66 euros
– Level 5: 48,93 euros
– Level 4: 45,66 euros
– Level 3: 42,40 euros
– Level 2: 38,16 euros
– Level 1: 32,60 euros
The EVR will be recognised and distributed as monthly instalments from January 2025. On verification, the EVR payment allows for the recognition of the worker’s effort, the measure of reward adjusting accordingly to their performance levels. This is seen as an encouraging step to increase productivity and enhance overall work performance. This also helps in building a motivated and engaging work environment, bringing a fair reward system that reciprocates the effort put in by the workers. Therefore, it is hoped that such an initiative will lead to beneficial improvements in depth and breadth of the work context, proving both beneficial for the workers and organisations involved.
