On 17th December 2024, Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, Cna Veneto, Casartigiani Veneto and Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil, while waiting to initiate a new discussion on the renewal of the regional contract, met to establish and guarantee the provision of regional economic elements and payments to the supplementary pension plan as provided by the CCRL of 25 July 2022. This agreement pertains to employees of the Veneto region within the artisanal and non-artisanal food industry of up to 15 workers, as well as the baking sector, among others.
The Social Parties have agreed to extend the provision of the transitional regional element (ERT) until December 31, 2025. This will be compensated in the amounts and in the manner provided by Article 22 of the CIRL 25 July 2022.
As for the provisions of articles 23 “Contractual membership fee to the supplementary pension sector for food” and 30 “Contractual membership fee to the supplementary pension sector for baking” of the CIRL indicated above, the parties have confirmed monthly payments to the supplementary pension scheme in the provided amounts. Accordingly, the social parties have concurred on the extension of the ERT and payments to the supplementary pension plan till the end of next year.
