Starting from January 1, 2025, applications for wage integration allowance must be submitted exclusively through the INPS (Italian National Institute of Social Security) platform, according to a message number 4386, dated December 20, 2024.
INPS reports that from January 1, 2025, applications for wage integration allowances (AIS) from the Bilateral Solidarity Fund for professional activities and the Bilateral Solidarity Fund from the maritime sector – SOLIMARE, will need to be submitted exclusively via the “OMNIA IS” platform. As a result, from the same date, the “CIFWEB” application, currently in use for the submission of these applications, will be phased out.
The new procedure for sending the AIS application for the mentioned Funds on the “OMNIA IS” platform can be accessed through the institutional website of INPS. By entering “Access to services for companies and consultants” in the search field on the homepage, users can find the relevant application.
Once users have authenticated themselves using their digital identity (SPID of at least level 2, CNS or CIE 3.0) they will be presented with an application menu. From there, they must choose “CIG and Solidarity Funds”.
Finally, from this submenu, they need to select “OMNIA Wage Integrations”. This new way of submitting applications will help streamline the process and provide a more efficient service for those seeking wage integration allowances.
