The trade unions Fp-Cgil, Cisl-Fp, Fisascat-Cisl, Uil-Fpl, and Uiltucs met with the employer’s association on December 4 and 5, 2024, to negotiate the renewal of the sectoral contract. During the discussions, the two sides reiterated their respective positions on the achievable economic objectives. The Uneba proposed examining the article about the personnel classification system and agreed upon the following: Eliminate the 7th level, restructure the educator’s profile, and unify the classification of OSS staff.
Furthermore, the Progressive Economic Treatment (TEP) topic was discussed, and for the first time, the trade unions recognized the employer’s willingness to cooperate on this issue. Lastly, on the economic front, the employer’s association expressed its readiness to exceed the figure of 120.00 euros per regime.
The trade unions underlined the need to increase the tabular part to bring it within the range related to the agreements they have so far signed in the sector in terms of percentage increases.
