The second tranche of increases for management executives and personnel of professional areas of Banche di Credito Cooperativo Casse Rurali has been previewed. The agreement signed on July 9, 2024, by Federcasse and Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Ugl-Credito, Uilca-Uil Credito e Assicurazioni set these increases. The following are the new minimums.
For the Management Area, the level 4 has a minimum of 5,059.28, level 3 has 4,309.32, level 2 has 3,882.36, and level 1 has 3,663.99.
In Area 3, the level 4 has a minimum of 3,266.90, level 3 has 2,994.78, level 2 has 2,829.28, and level 1 has 2,684.35.
In Area 2, the level 2 has a minimum of 2,517.71, and level 1 has 2,355.90.
Finally, in Area 1, level 1 has a minimum of 2,194.12. These increases are part of the provisions of the agreement signed among various parties, aimed at improving the conditions of management executives and personnel in the professional areas of the cooperative credit banks.
