The wage tables for employees in the tourism sector have been distributed with increases distributed in four tranches. The agreement for the renewal of the CCNL Tourism Chain Hotels was signed on December 21, 2024, by Federturismo Confindustria, Aica, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, and Uiltucs-Uil.
From a remuneration perspective, the agreement provides for an increase in the base national wage, which is equivalent to €200.00 monthly for the C2 level, proportionally recalculated for other levels. The increase will be distributed in four tranches: €85.00 from January 2025, €30.00 from June 2025, €35.00 from May 2026, and €50.00 from April 2027.
For employees of travel and tourism companies and conferences only, the increase of €200.00 per month will be distributed in differentiated tranches: €70.00 from January 2025, €30.00 from September 2025, €40.00 from June 2027, and €30.00 from December 2027.
