Manageritalia: Anticipated Changes for 2025

Manageritalia announces new benefits and services for managers and senior professionals who are members of its community, in effect from 2025. These benefits are offered with an exclusive quality/price ratio, oftentimes covered by the membership fee, or available to purchase at advantageous prices. 

There’s the introduction of a new Long Term Care (LTC) insurance plan. This plan provides continuous and long-term financial support for unforeseen illness or accident that results in a person’s inability to care for themselves. The policy provides a lifelong monthly net income of 1,000 euros without requiring a medical questionnaire. It applies to members who are up-to-date with their membership fees and aged up to 69 years. However, it does not cover those with disabilities or who already cannot perform one of the six daily living activities when they gain coverage. 

A Specialist Advanced Training Program will be integrated and dynamically developed to meet the needs of executive professionals. It aims to support them in all challenges set by an ever-evolving market, broadening their knowledge to make them more robust and up-to-date. 

There will be legal protection with an anticipated reimbursement for the whole family for expenses incurred in case of litigation with third parties – both individuals and entities – in a judicial and non-judicial setting.

An Emergency Travel Assistance program will assist members during emergencies both in Italy and abroad, providing assistance and advice with the aid of Europ Assistance Italia. This service will be valid for the entire family.

ASKMIT is a multidisciplinary online consulting service that provides responses on legal, tax, and contract-related topics within 48 hours.

An investment opportunity will also be offered via the “Nuova Capitello” policy, exclusively available to affiliates of the Antonio Pastore Association: managers, ex-managers, senior managers, ex-senior managers, executive professionals enrolled in Manageritalia, and their direct family members (spouses, children, parents, and grandparents). The policy can be taken out from the age of 20 up to 85 years.

Further, there is a new offering of additional welfare services that individuals can buy. These services are customized according to any active cover, offering the best quality/price ratio and designed to accommodate different professional and personal needs and financial availability. These encompass various insurance coverage for the manager and family, concerning health, pension, and property issues.

Lastly, special sections within the community have been created for specific professionals, like the Communicators Area. These provide networking opportunities, training, promotion of the value of certain skills, and the aim to work together towards shared goals with events that feature renowned experts, such as Communication Timeouts.
