On January 23, an agreement was signed by Rai-Radio Televisione Italiana and Fistel-Cisl, Uilcom-Uil, Fnc-Ugl Comunicazioni, Snater and Confsal-Libersind regarding the future conditions for staff and workers at Rai. Economically, new increases are expected and a one-off payment has been proposed.
When it comes to workers who have been in service indefinitely since April 6, 1995, at level 3, an increase of 100 euros has been planned. This is to be distributed as follows: 70 euros from May 1, 2025, and 30 euros from June 1, 2026. Similarly, for workers who have been hired indefinitely after April 6, 1995, at level 3, an increase of 130 euros is planned: 90 euros from May 1, 2025, and 40 euros from June 1, 2026.
Furthermore, for the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, a one-off payment will be given to all workers. It totals 650 euros for those in service indefinitely since April 6, 1995, and 900 euros for those hired indefinitely after this date. These amounts will be proportionate to the duration of the work performed and will be paid out with the salaries for April 2025.
As for apprenticeship regulations, the duration will be determined based on educational level, and workers will be ranked at a lower level compared to the final one for the entire period.
