On 20 December 2024, a regional contract for professional training personnel was signed by Aef Lombardia, Flc-Cgil Lombardia, Cisl-Scuola Lombardia, and Uil Scuola. The new contract brings several modifications regarding economic aspects and work organization. In March, the same social parties pre-planned the renewal with an economic agreement, and in July, they signed a bridge agreement concerning working hours.
The main updates in the new contract include a one-time welfare payout of €1,000, to be disbursed by June 2025, and an increased adjustment of expenses refund for mission-based work. Further, starting from February, the ticket fee will ascend to €6.20, with a possibility of further negotiating increases at the office level.
In addition, according to the regional contract upon adoption of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), flexibility is established from the 24th teaching hour onwards, earning an hourly credit for hours beyond the 25th and two hours after the 26th.
