ADI e SFL: come verranno attuate le novità della Legge di bilancio 2025

The Italian National Social Security Institute (INPS) has revealed how new regulations introduced by the 2025 Budget Law will affect the Inclusion Allowance (ADI) and the Support for Training and Work (SFL). Specifically, the INPS is upgrading forms related to the ADI application model, the ADI-Com models (reduced and extended) and the SFL application model. These forms will be published in the appropriate section of the INPS portal once they are available.

In addition, the INPS points out that the 2025 Budget Law stipulates that income thresholds for families are raised to 10,140 euros in cases where the family resides in a rented accommodation, according to the information from the Single Substitute Declaration (DSU) provided for the Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE). In its recent message, the INPS also provides several examples explaining how to calculate the amount of the ADI in case of a one-member family where the applicant is not in a condition of severe disability or self-insufficiency, with an equivalence scale equal to 1, living in rented accommodation.

Finally, the Institute clarifies that the extension of the time limit for the SFL benefit is applicable only to recipients of the SFL who are currently using the service and who, at the expiry of the 12 months, are attending a training course not yet completed. This new regulation will take effect from January 1, 2025.
