The variable components of wages for the year 2025 will be paid out between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, as per the agreement signed by Ance Bari and Bat, and the trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil on January 27, 2025. The agreement stipulates that the reference triennium for comparing parameters is 2022-2023-2024, which is contrasted with the immediately preceding triennium of 2021-2022-2023. The Variable Salary Element (EVR) for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, has been set as per the amounts indicated in the following tables.
In terms of monthly and hourly salaries for different job levels and categories under the EVR (measured at 4%), the payments are as follows:
1. For level 7, which includes executives and 1st category super employees, the monthly amount is €78.99, with no specified hourly amount.
2. Level 6 includes 1st category employees, who will receive €71.09 per month.
3. For level 5, which includes the 2nd category employees, the monthly pay is €59.24.
4. 4th-level employees and workers will receive a monthly payment of €55.29 and an hourly wage of €0.32.
5. 3rd category employees and specialized workers (level 3) will earn €51.34 monthly and €0.30 per hour.
6. 4th category employees and qualified workers (level 2) are set to earn a monthly salary of €46.21 and an hourly wage of €0.27.
7. The 1st job of the 4th category employees and ordinary workers (Level 1) will receive €39.49 monthly and €0.23 per hour.
8. Custodians, porters, and delivery boys will receive an hourly payment of €0.21, and residential custodians, porters, and guardians will receive €0.18 per hour.
In the second table, the EVR is reduced to 2.60% and the compensation for each job level and category is as follows:
1. Level 7 employees earn a monthly salary of €51.34.
2. Employees in level 6 receive €46.21 per month.
3. The monthly salary for level 5 employees is €38.51.
4. 4th level employees and workers will receive a monthly amount of €34.94 and €0.20 hourly.
5. The monthly income for 3rd level employees and specialized workers is €33.37 and the hourly wage is €0.19.
6. The monthly salary for 2nd level employees and qualified workers is €30.04 with an hourly salary of €0.17.
7. The 1st job for employees in the 4th category and ordinary workers (level 1) is €25.67 monthly and €0.15 hourly.
8. The hourly wage for custodians, porters, and delivery boys is €0.14, while residential custodians, porters, and guardians receive €0.12 per hour.
