On 31st January 2025, Confimprese Italia and Fesica-Confsal agreed to modify the method for the revaluation of the amounts of the National Base Pay’s salaries, effective as of 1st January 2025.
The revised amounts are to be considered final and used as a base for contractual renewal operations. It should be noted that nothing will be due beyond the increments referred to for periods preceding from the date of 1st January 2025.
The wage categories and their revised amounts in Euros are as follows:
– Quadri A: 2,213.34
– Quadri B: 1,842.63
– Level I: 1,732.50
– Level II: 1,604.94
– Level III: 1,479.77
– Level IV: 1,422.40
– Level V: 1,378.15
– Level VI: 1,350.90
These values are also to be considered final and should be used as a reference for contract renewal procedures.
