Starting from January 1, 2025, the Variable Element of Salary (EVR) is set at a maximum of 4%. The social parties Acen, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil have established the EVR at a maximum of 4% of the basic pay minimums agreed in the Provincial Supplementary Agreement, subject to verification at the territorial level of the sector’s business performance, concurrent with productivity, quality, and competitiveness parameters in the territory.
Considering this, the social parties met on February 3, 2025, to verify the territorial indicators and the subsequent determination, at the provincial level, of the EVR payable for 2025. The verification was carried out by comparing the three-year period 2022/2023/2024 to the three-year period 2021/2022/2023.
For the workers, the provision of the variable element of the salary will be made with reference only to the actual hours of work.
