On February 12th, Ance Aies and provincial representatives of Salerno’s Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil signed an agreement regarding the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) 2025. Discussed as per Article 3 of the national labor contract (CCNL) on April 19, 2010, the designated maximum for the EVR has been set at 4% of the current pay base minimums as of January 1st of the issuing year.
After a careful examination of four essential indicators that determine the provincial level salary for the 2022-2024 triennium in correlation with the 2021-2023 triennium, all parties have agreed that all indicators were innately positive carrying a weighted average of 100%. As per these conclusions, the EVR rate for 2025 in Salerno has been set equivalent to 4% of the minimums enforced on January 1, 2025.

In summary, the agreement for 2025 has been finalized with all indicators presenting a positive outlook and the decision to set the EVR at 4% of the January 1, 2025, in force minimums. The amounts for respective worker and employee levels have been identified and shuffled out accordingly.
