The CIRL Edilizia Artigianato Marche has confirmed the establishment of the EVR (Elemento Variabile della Retribuzione) until December 31, 2025. This agreement was signed on February 4th by representatives from various trade organizations including Anaepa, Cna, Fiae, Claai delle Marche, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil. This agreement is established to verify the parameters related to the definition of the Variable Element of Pay determined by the CIPL on December 17, 2021, for artisan construction and related businesses in Marche.
The parties determined that the five mentioned parameters have proven to be positive. While waiting for the renewal of the CIPL, the parties have proceed to decide the value of the EVR for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The following are the final amounts established per level:
-Level 7: 68.58 euros
-Level 6: 60.02 euros
-Level 5: 50.01 euros
-Level 4: 46.33 euros
-Level 3: 43.32 euros
-Level 2: 38.30 euros
-Level 1: 33.45 euros
These amounts will serve as the benchmark for evaluations and payments for workers in the decree set artisans and construction-related companies in Marche region until the end of 2025. These amounts are variable elements of their remuneration, meaning they are likely tied to specific performance indicators or business goals.
The establishment of these benchmarks is important for both the businesses and the workers. For the businesses, these standards provide a clear and predictable cost structure for labor. For the workers, they ensure that there is a minimum level of pay that they can expect to receive.
