The Fisascat-Cisl, along with Filcams-Cgil and Uil-Trasporti, announced on February 6, 2025, through a press release, that negotiations for the renewal of the collective employment agreement for Artisanal Cleaning (CCNL Pulizie Artigianato) have begun. In the first plenary session, the unions presented the joint bargaining platform to the business associations of the sector.
The trade union’s demands revolve around salary increases, in line with the inflation index. Also requested is an update to the regulatory section, particularly the section dealing with contract changes and combating existing contract dumping. The proposal seeks alignment on the hourly cost of labor with what is anticipated in the CCNL.
The platform includes proposals on issues such as: illness, part-time work, overtime, apprenticeship, allowances, and seniority wages. The next meetings are scheduled for March 12th and 20th, and April 10th.
