On March 10, an agreement was signed by the Association of Complementary Construction Companies and the Fenal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil of the Provinces of Milan, Londa, Monza, and Brianza. This agreement was for the application of the Entitlement Verification Report (EVR) due in 2025, which was defined as 4% of the minimum tabular amount in force on December 31, 2024.
The parameters checked were:
1. The number of workers enrolled in the Construction Fund;
2. The amount of salaries declared;
3. Hours declared in the Construction Fund; and
4. The number of companies registered with the Construction Fund.
It was also determined that companies eligible not to provide the 2025 EVR or to provide it in a reduced amount equivalent to 65% of the territorial EVR, must comply with the procedure for checking corporate parameters.
