On March 13, 2025, an agreement was signed by several construction industry entities, including Ance Emilia Area Centro, Cna Costruzioni di Ferrara, Confartigianato di Ferrara, Legacoop Ferrara, Confcooperative della Provincia di Ferrara, Agci Emilia Romagna and trade unions Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil of Ferrara. The agreement established the amounts for the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) for the year 2025.
Firstly, the parties verified average indicators related to the territorial verification of the variable part of the remuneration, which if due, is expected in the months from April to December 2025. The verification highlighted a positive outcome of 4 regional indicators out of 4, corresponding to 100% of the average of these indicators. This percentage will be applied to determine the amount of the territorial EVR.
If the company did not perform an internal verification, or if its internal verification revealed two positive parameters, the EVR to be paid to employees for pay periods from April to December 2025 is as follows:
For Level 8 Employees EVR – 91.32 (monthly)
For Level 7 Employees EVR – 71.63 (monthly)
For Level 6 Employees EVR – 64.47 (monthly)
For Level 5 Employees EVR – 53.72 (monthly), and Workers – 0.31 (hourly)
For Level 4 Employees EVR – 50.14 (monthly), and Workers – 0.29 (hourly)
For Level 3 Employees EVR – 46.56 (monthly), and Workers – 0.27 (hourly)
For Level 2 Employees EVR – 41.90 (monthly), and Workers – 0.24 (hourly)
For Level 1 Employees EVR – 35.81 (monthly), and Workers – 0.21 (hourly)
However, if the company’s internal verification revealed only one positive parameter, the EVR amounts for pay periods from April to December 2025 are as follows:
For Level 8 Employees EVR – 45.66 (monthly)
For Level 7 Employees EVR – 35.82 (monthly)
For Level 6 Employees EVR – 32.24 (monthly)
For Level 5 Employees EVR – 26.86 (monthly), and Workers – 0.16 (hourly)
For Level 4 Employees EVR – 25.07 (monthly), and Workers – 0.14 (hourly)
For Level 3 Employees EVR – 23.28 (monthly), and Workers – 0.13 (hourly)
For Level 2 Employees EVR – 20.95 (monthly), and Workers – 0.12 (hourly)
For Level 1 Employees EVR – 17.91 (monthly), and Workers – 0.10 (hourly)
Lastly, the agreement mandates that companies must send a communication to their local trade union representatives by April 19, concerning the results of the internal check leading to the absence or reduction of the EVR.
