The National Bilateral Institution of Motorway and Tunnel Concessionaires has announced, through a circular dated 20 February 2025, the provision of a birth/adoption subsidy for children of employees eligible under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of firms engaged in the management of various toll infrastructure, related support services, and integrated road systems, which took place during 2024. Executives of the companies are not eligible to participate. The subsidy provided for each child born/adopted is 500.00 euros.
To access the subsidy, the employee must meet certain preliminary requirements at the time of application submission. Permanent employees, even probationers, must have been on the payroll of the company affiliated with the Institution as of 31 December 2024, and the company must be in good standing with the payment of contributions due to the Institution.
To obtain the bonus, the employee must complete the form by attaching the child’s birth certificate or adoption certification and proof of paternity/maternity, birth certificate, or family status. Applications must be sent via registered mail or through the Institution’s website.
