The Bilateral Lombardy Body of Crafts (Elba) has established the allocation of financial aid to companies that have completed the mandatory training of their Health and Safety Representatives (RLSA) through Category Associations or directly affiliated training bodies. The aid is given up to 50% of the cost the company bore for the employee training, without exceeding the amount of 260 euros.
For a company’s eligibility for contribution, it is mandatory to ensure all payments are up to date from 1st January 2022 (if due), until two months before the application is submitted. Applications, for training completed from January 1st 2024 to December 31st 2024, must be submitted to accredited counters of CONFARTIGIANATO, CNA, CLAAI or CASARTIGIANI, no later than April 30, 2025.
The documentation to be attached to the application includes a copy of the invoice for the course costs; a copy of the attendance certificate issued at the end of the course or a declaration from the Association/Training Body containing the participant’s name and the duration of the course; a copy of the participant’s salary slip for the month in which the course took place; a copy of the ID of the owner/legal representative; a signed authority on the handling of personal data; and a fully filled and signed aid request form.
Elba specifies that in case one or more required documents are missing, the application will not be processed by the counter. In this context, it is crucial that companies ensure their documentation is complete and accurate to successfully claim their financial aid.
