On February 6, 2025, Confapi-Aniem Calabria and the regional trade unions of Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil met to sign an agreement that sets the amounts of the Variable Element of remuneration for workers in the small industry construction sector in Calabria for the year 2025. This is in accordance with the contractual provisions with the third quarter taken as a reference to compare for the annual verification and the calculation of the EVR for 2025, compared with the triennium 2023/2022/2021. Following the verification of the identified indicators and as decided by the CIRL of January 15, 2025, the Parties have established that the emolument for 2025 must be disbursed at 100%, as expected in article 20 of the aforementioned supplementary agreement, and set at 4% on the minimums of 2023.
The amounts, specified in the tables below, are disbursed from February 1 to December 31, 2025.
For employees:
– Level 7: 79.03

For workers:
– Worker IV level: 55.32 monthly, 0.34 hourly
– Specialized Worker: 51.37 monthly, 0.32 hourly
– Qualified Worker: 46.23 monthly, 0.28 hourly
– Common Worker: 39.51 monthly, 0.24 hourly
