The former Accidents Dashboard service has been enhanced with new features and a revamped graphical interface (INAIL, statement 3 March 2025). From 4 March 2025, inspectors from the National Labour Inspectorate (INL) can also access INAIL’s Accident Dashboard, now called the Telematic Accident Register. The addition falls within the framework set out by the Convention for Access to Information Flow services, Exposure Register and Accident Dashboard, signed with the INL in 2022. INL inspectors will be able to conduct searches across the entire national territory, while territorial inspectors can access data related to their own areas of jurisdiction.
The Accident Register collects electronic accident reports sent to INAIL from 23 December 2015, and those related to accident notifications made from 12 October 2017, for statistical and informational purposes only, by all employers and their intermediaries, including employers of privately insured workers in other entities or with private policies.
The service has been augmented with new features and the graphical interface has been updated to meet new INAIL standards. All users authorised to access the Accident Register will also be able to download the data in both Excel and PPF formats.
