Pisa’s CIPL Construction Industry: Amounts for EVR 2025 Determined

On February 21, 2025, Ance Pisa along with Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl and Feneal-Uil of Pisa organized a meeting to discuss and implement the regulations as defined by article 38 and 1 of the provincial agreement for the construction sector of Pisa-based companies. This agreement had been signed off on January 24, 2023, and mandated the determination of the amounts of EVR at 4% calculated on the minimum base pay applicable since July 1, 2014.

For the annual cycle running between January 1 and December 31, 2025, the EVR parameters were reviewed and found to be favorable, meaning that the variable element of the pay would be allocated in full at 4%. In the event of a single positive parameter or above, the variable element of the pay is reduced and allotted at 65%.

The below tables represent the reduced EVR amounts (2.6%) which is 65% of the full amount – for workers and employees at several levels, based on their minimum base pay from 1.7.2014 and the EVR level for 2025 as per article 38 of the CCNL:

For workers at 4th level with a base pay of 6.60, the EVR is 0.17, for 3rd level specialized workers with 6.13 base pay, EVR is 0.16, for 2nd level qualified workers (5.51 base pay) the EVR is 0.14, for 1st level regular workers the base pay is 4.71 and the EVR is 0.12. As for custodians, guardians, doorkeepers, messengers, usher, servants the base pay is 4.24 and the EVR is 0.11. For custodians, doorkeepers and guardians with accommodation; the base pay is 3.77 and the EVR is 0.10.

For employees, the 7th level with a base pay of 1.630,17, the EVR is 42,40, for 6th level (1.467,63 base pay) the EVR is 38,16. For the 5th level with 1.223,02 base pay, EVR is 31,80. For 4th level, base pay is 1.141,51 and EVR is 29,68. For the 3rd level the base pay is 1.059,96 and the EVR is 27,56. For the 2nd level, the base pay is 953,97 and EVR is 24,80 and for the 1st level, the base pay is 815,36 with EVR of 21,20.

Finally, the full amount EVR for workers and employees was outlined. For workers at 4th level, the full EVR is 0.26, for 3rd level specialized workers it’s 0.25, for 2nd level qualified workers, it’s 0.22, for 1st level workers it’s 0.19, and for custodians etc. it’s 0.17 and for those with accommodation it’s 0.15.

For employees, the full EVR for the 7th level is 65,23, for the 6th level it’s 58,71, for the 5th level it’s 48,92, for the 4th level it’s 45,66, for the 3rd level it’s 42,4, for 2nd level it’s 38,16 and for the 1st level it’s 32,61.
