On February 19, 2025, the social partners Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, Cna Veneto, Casartigiani Veneto, Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil signed an agreement to extend the sector contract due to expire. This extension will cease to have effects from the moment of renewal of the CCRL. In fact, the effects of the CCRL of December 14, 2016, and the additional protocol signed on October 9, 2017, and subsequent extensions are intended to be extended.
In addition, the 2.50 euro contribution towards management costs provided by the craft trade negotiation funds in favor of employees is also extended. This amount is paid by the employer in a single installment, in addition to the contract subscription quotas for the month of March. It is specified that employers who have already paid the annual fee for 2025, with reference to employees hired from January 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025, are not required to repeat the payment in March B01.
With the agreement in question, the disbursement of ERT in the amounts and in the manner provided by the CCRL is also intended to be extended.
Thus, the contract for sector employees has been extended until February 28, 2026.
