The Italian National Institute of Social Security (INPS) announces that applications for the “New Born Bonus” service can be submitted from today (INPS, message 16 April 2025, no. 1303). This follows the recent circular no. 76/2025. The service will be available from April 17, 2025.
Users can access the service on the Institute’s website, using their digital identity credentials (SPID level 2 or above, CIE 3.0, CNS or eIDAS). They should navigate to the section “Access point to non-pension benefits”, which is reachable following this path: “Supports, Benefits and Indemnities” > “Explore Supports, Benefits and Indemnities”, then selecting “See all” in the “Tools” section. Once authenticated, it is sufficient to select the “New Born Bonus” benefit.
Applications can also be submitted through the multichannel Contact Center or patronage institutes, using the services offered by them.
In addition, INPS has indicated that a subsequent message will be issued to announce the launch of the service for application submission on the INPS mobile app.
