On March 21, 2025, an agreement was made between the Social Parties Confartigianato Imprese del Friuli Venezia Giulia, CNA Friuli Venezia Giulia Feneal – Uil FVG, Filca-Cisl FVG, and Fillea-Cgil FVG. This agreement was concerning the determination of the EVR to be paid to employees of artisan enterprises in the construction industry in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region for the year 2025.
In determining the EVR, the parties reviewed the performance of five indicators outlined in the contract for a three-year period (2022-2024) and compared it with the previous three-year period (2021-2023). They found that 4 out of 5 parameters had a positive trend. Accordingly, it was decided that the EVR will be paid from January 2025 to December 2025, at a rate of 85% of the 6% quota calculated based on the minimum wage tables stipulated in the relevant collective agreement.
The EVR amount and the monthly and hourly share for each employment level are outlined as follows:
For the 7th level, the EVR amount is 91,69 with a monthly share of 0.53. For the 6th level, the EVR amount is 81,31 with a monthly share of 0.47. For the 5th level, the EVR amount is 67,47 with a monthly share of 0.39. For the 4th level, the EVR amount is 62,28 with a monthly share of 0.36. For the 3rd level, the EVR amount is 58,82 with a monthly share of 0.34. For the 2nd level, the EVR amount is 51,90 with a monthly share of 0.30. And finally, for the 1st level, the EVR amount is 44,98 with a monthly share of 0.26.
In conclusion, the agreement aims to ensure that employees of artisan construction enterprises in Friuli Venezia Giulia receive an appropriate EVR based on a predetermined calculation and relevant work level. This measure honours the positive growth in industry parameters and signals an ongoing commitment to appropriately compensate workers in this industry.
