Last 18th of March, ANCE of the Upper Adriatic regions of Gorizia, Pordenone, and Trieste along with Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, signed an agreement to verify and set the amounts of the Variable Element of payroll for the year 2025. This was based on instructions from the CIPL of Gorizia dated September 13, 2022, under the CCNL agreement of July 1, 2014. The computation of the EVR at the provincial level is in line with the provisions stipulated in articles 38, 12, and 46 of the CCNL of June 18, 2008, which was amended and integrated by the agreement made on April 19, 2010.
Based on the parameters reviewed and the comparison between the trienniums 2021-2022-2023 and 2020-2021-2022 according to paragraph 10 of articles 17 and 18 of the CIPL, the indicators are positive and the established variation is 100%. Therefore, the EVR for 2024 will be deliverable in the course of 2025 at the rate of 4% of the minimum tabulated rates in force on July 1, 2018.
