The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies invites individuals to participate in a public consultation on the first draft of the “Guidelines for Implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the World of Work”. Through the ParteciPA Portal, anyone can submit suggestions, comments, and guidance on technical and regulatory aspects, or practical applications. This feedback will be utilized by firms, workers, training institutions, and intermediaries to maximize AI’s potential. The focus is on using AI ethically, responsibly, and centered around people, aiming to promote productivity, efficiency, well-being, and safety in all work environments while respecting individual and collective dignity.
The period for input collection is until May 21, 2025, after which the Ministry will carefully evaluate all proposals. The most significant contributions will be integrated into the text, with explicit credits and thanks to the authors.
