This content is regarding the allocation of an annual variable bonus in the paychecks of Piacenza’s Union of Merchants, Confesercenti, and Trade Unions, offices in Piacenza and Parma. The agreement was outlined in a report dated May 9 which aligned with the Article 6 of the provincial additional agreement for retail and services.
Starting from May’s paycheck, all parties have agreed to provide the bonus of 100 euros gross following the procedure established by the CIPL (Interprovincial Commission of Labor) on March 22, 2006. This reward will be given to employees who are still at the company as of April 30, 2025, and have continued service throughout 2024.
The bonus will be also extended to employees who have left the company between January 1 and April 30, 2025, but they must specifically request to receive it. Further, the parameters, both in terms of value and reference, have been agreed to be upheld to the standards set in the previously mentioned CIPL directive.
The distribution of this bonus will be included in the current month’s paycheck and the gross amount is expected to be 100 euros. This provision will be in effect for employees who have been with the organization consistently from the year 2024 and up to April 30, 2025. Those employees who have left position from January 1 to April 30, 2025, are encouraged to make a claim in order to receive the bonus.
