Contratto CCNL Cinematografia per le Troupes: Riassunto dell’incontro per il rinnovo del contratto

On May 14, 2025, a meeting was held between trade union organizations and the employer delegation on the topic of working hours. The employer side reiterated the need to align the specific productive needs of the sector with the law, and proposed a scheme for an average weekly work schedule over a maximum of 12 months.

The scheme involves workloads exceeding 48 hours, with a recovery of hours or days as an extension of the contract period. Uilcom, the trade union organization, pointed out that they have always advocated for a reduction in weekly work hours and a limit to working six days a week, arguing that this would allow a balance between work and private life.

The same trade union organization expressed several concerns about difficulties in managing contractual and welfare/pension institutions that could arise from implementing the proposed model. Therefore, it was decided to establish a technical committee, made up of two members per union tag, to delve deeper into the subject. The committee is set to meet on May 30, 2025, at ANICA.
