The Flexible Benefit Plan will run from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Metasalute, the health fund for metalworkers, will offer the option in 2025 to allocate the amount allotted by the Flexible Benefit to the Metasalute Fund. This amount can be up to 200 euros and will be used for the activation of an additional health plan in addition to the annual plan already in place at the company.
The health plan will be valid from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. The plan includes several benefits such as compensation in case of serious illnesses like stroke, cancer, kidney failure, terminal chronic liver failure, organ transplant as a recipient, and coma. The plan also covers the integration of deductibles and uncovered amounts foreseen by the Base Plans, MS1, MS2, MS3, MS4 for the following guarantees: High Specialization, Specialist Visits, and Diagnostic Tests.
The deadline for activation is May 31. Both the head of the nucleus enrolled in the Fund and family members registered for free can enjoy the benefits of the plan.
