On 25th June, a meeting took place between Fabi and First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca, Unisin to discuss the health insurance policy to be effectuated from 1st August 2026. During the meeting, parameters such as maximum guarantees, deductibles, and the type of healthcare services were reassessed. Moreover, an increase in the company’s economic contribution was achieved, going from €1,080 to €1,500 per year per employee.
Further discussions were scheduled for 9th July, where the new policy for the European public tender will be defined. Smart working was also discussed during the meeting, including a potential reduction in the days when employees are required to be physically present in the office for holidays, illnesses, or other justified reasons. The option to introduce smart working at counters was also considered.
Trade associations also believe that the conditions are ripe for discussion of the CCNL (National Collective Labor Contract).
