On June 3rd, Aran and the Union Organizations and Confederations, which had signed the CCNL Central Functions Compartment on the 27th of January 2025, agreed upon an authentic interpretation of Art. 17, paragraph 8, third period, of the CCNL Central Functions Compartment 2022-2024. This related to the commencement of the regulation of the right to organizational positions conferred after January 27, 2025.
Several questions had been sent to Aran from the administrations of the Central Functions Compartment, revealing controversy around the meaning of Art. 17, paragraph 3, third subparagraph, of the CCNL of January 27, 2025. This led to the decision to define an authentic interpretation of the clause in question and the regulation that applies to positions conferred after the current contract’s enforcement. This was understood to mean that “the counting of the 8 years, even non-consecutive, useful for the perfection of the right to the conferring of an organizational position, begins to run from tasks conferred after January 27, 2025”.
