CCNL Mining: Hypothesis of Agreement Signed with Salary Increases in 4 Tranches

On July 11, 2025, Assorisorse, in collaboration with Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil, signed an agreement affecting 1,050 workers employed in mining activities at 70 sites, located in 8 regions. The agreement will be in effect from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, and the final decision is anticipated to be made by July 31, 2025, following the voting process.

The agreement includes the establishment of a commission to renew the personnel classification, factoring in the generational change and technological evolution, including Artificial Intelligence. The commission will be established as soon as the final decision is made, with an expected end date in April 2026.

From July 11, 2025, the organization’s contribution to the supplementary pension fund has been increased to 4%, including an 0.2% for quota primacy. Likewise, from the same date, the supplementary health assistance fee, at the Basic level, will be covered by the employer for the worker alone. The employee is responsible for supplementing the fee for any family members or for an advanced package.

For the executives, an increase in allowance of 20.00 euros gross monthly has been established. Salary increases are also scheduled in four tranches: December 2025, March 2026, January 2027, and January 2028.

Here is a summary of the planned salary increases:

-Level 1S: Total increase of 374.26 euros.
-Level 1: Total increase of 354.20 euros.
-Level 2: Total increase of 325.11 euros.
-Level 3: Total increase of 282.33 euros.
-Level 4: Total increase of 248.11 euros.
-Level 5: Total increase of 231.00 euros.
-Level 6: Total increase of 213.89 euros.
-Level 7: Total increase of 196.78 euros.
-Level 8: Total increase of 171.11 euros.

Moreover, the agreement outlines the minimum monthly increases for each level from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2028. The increases range from a minimum of 14,81 euros (Level 8) to a maximum of 31,85 euros (Level 1S) per month. By January 2028, workers at Level 1S will earn a minimum of 3,412.16 euros, while those at Level 8 will earn a minimum of 1,876.49 euros.

In summary, the agreement implements salary increases and an employer-contribution towards supplementary health and pension funds. A commission to renew personnel classification will also be established.
