On 16 June 2025, representatives from the Tuscany Coast branch of the Italian Association of Construction Companies (Ance Toscana Costa) and trade unions including Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl, and Feneal-Uil Toscana convened. They were assisted by the Confederation of Tuscany Center and Coast Industry – Florence Livorno Massa Carrara. The meeting addressed the verification of regional indicators and the subsequent determination of the Refereed Economic Value (EVR) for the year 2024 at a territorial level in Livorno Province. With reference to the instructions in the current National Collective Labour Contract (CCNL) for construction and related companies employees and the additional provincial agreement of 16 May 2022, any consequent payments will be made in arrears in 2025.
As per the forecasts in article 38 of the aforementioned CCNL and the provincial supplementary agreement of 16 May 2022, each indicator will be compared based on the latest available data. This will be with reference to the year 2024, comparing the three-year average from 2020-2022 with the average from 2021-2023. The EVR2024 will be paid monthly from January to December 2025.
Upon verification of the indicators, the Social Parties prepared tables, distinguished between workers and employees, detailing the EVR values for the year 2024. Payment of these values will be dispensed monthly, from January to December, in the year 2025.
