On July 4, 2025, the social parties Conflavoro PMI, Fesica, and Confsal signed a renewal contract for employees in the laundry and dyeing sector. The contract is effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028.

Industrial Sector:
Area A (Operational):
– Base: €1,525.00
– Centred: €1,777.00
– Consolidated: €1,872.00
Area B (Qualified):
– Base: €1,909.00
– Centred: €2,004.00
– Consolidated: €2,190.90
Area C (Technical):
– Base: €2,266.00
– Centred: €2,554.00
– Consolidated: €2,982.00
Area D (Managerial):
– Centred: €2,982.00, plus a function allowance of €130.00
Craft Sector:
For each level, the minimum wage from October 1, 2025, and from October 1, 2026, is:
– First level: €1,408.00 and €1,458.00
– Second level: €1,489.00 and €1,542.00
– Third level: €1,552.00 and €1,607.00
– Fourth level: €1,619.00 and €1,676.00
– Fifth level: €1,754.00 and €1,817.00
– Sixth level: €1,927.00 and €1,996.00
– Management: €2,063.00 and €2,135.00, this includes a monthly management function allowance.
