Determined the EVR 2025 for CIPL Construction Industry in Turin

In July 2025, the College of Building Contractors – Ance Torino, Feneal-Uil Piemonte, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil, establish the hourly and monthly amounts of the Variable Element of Pay (EVR). After determining that only three out of four indicators used for defining the EVR were positive, they set the territorial recognition of EVR at 3.6%.

In the event of both indicators being equal or positive, companies can disburse the EVR in the following amounts:

For workers, the hourly EVR rates are:

– Worker Level 4: 0.31 euros
– Specialized Worker – Level 3: 0.29 euros
– Qualified Worker – Level 2: 0.26 euros
– Common Worker – Level 1: 0.22 euros

For employees, the monthly EVR amounts are:

– Level 7: 76.85 euros
– Level 6: 69.16 euros
– Level 5: 57.64 euros
– Level 4: 53.80 euros
– Level 3: 49.95 euros
– Level 2: 44.96 euros
– Level 1: 38.42 euros

However, in the instance of only one positive or equal company indicator, the company will disburse the EVR in a reduced amount (2.34%).

In this case, the reduced hourly EVR rates for workers are:

– Worker Level 4: 0.20 euros
– Specialized Worker – Level 3: 0.19 euros
– Qualified Worker – Level 2: 0.17 euros
– Common Worker – Level 1: 0.14 euros

And the reduced monthly EVR amounts for employees are:

– Level 7: 49.95 euros
– Level 6: 44.96 euros
– Level 5: 37.46 euros
– Level 4: 34.97 euros
– Level 3: 32.47 euros
– Level 2: 29.22 euros
– Level 1: 24.98 euros
