From July 1st to 31st, employers can use the ALI Services Portal of the Ministry of Interior for nulla osta applications (Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, announced July 3, 2025). The pre-compilation of nulla osta applications for seasonal workers in the tourism-hotel sector within the quotas of the 2025 Flow Decree is open for the entire month of July 2025, from the 1st to the 31st. This is a second tranche of admissions compared to the one already authorized at the beginning of the year, which will cover the winter needs of companies.
Prospective employers can pre-fill applications every day in July, from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, on the ALI Services Portal of the Ministry of the Interior, where the detailed procedure to follow is reported. Applications can be saved and then sent starting from 9.00 am on the click day scheduled for October 1, 2025.

The service is active from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 20:00.
