Social parties Fai-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uia-Uil, and the F.I.M.A.V association have signed a renewal of the regional supplementary contract for workers and companies in the Veneto agro-mechanical sector on July 28, 2025. One of the new changes introduced is the increase of the supplementary salary by 8% from January 1, 2025. Subsequent increases of the same percentage will be applied on January 1 of every year until 2028.
The new contract also introduced individual awards for OTI and OTD workers, equivalent to 0.8% of the RAL. As for working hours, regulations around the hour bank and flexibility have been established. In the context of training, further permissions equivalent to 60 hours of continuous training are planned for those who request it.
In addition, other regulatory parts of the signed contract have been reviewed and modernised to bring them in harmony with the existing contract and the rules that have been introduced over the past few years.
This renewal aims to deliver necessary improvements in workers’ wages and overall working conditions within the sector.
